These are not as compatable with women shoe size as advertised.
Also they are quite stiff which seems unlikely to ease the aches in my feet.
The best feature of these inserts are the arch supports. Not quite as comfortable as Dr Sholls inserts, but more durable and long lasting.
I have had a bad case of Plantar fasciitis for a long time and bought every insole on the market to ease the pain. None of them really worked. I thought these looked pretty expensive but needed to try something. I have been using these in my shoes for a month or so and they have cured my pain. I love these things and may just buy a couple pair so I don't have to keep changing them from shoe to shoe.
These are worth every penny and more to my feet.
These insoles are the best I have come across after trying several other brands. You put them in the oven and then slide them into your shoe and insert your foot......
