The good is:

1. Even in really wet conditions, these keep my feet perfectly dry.
2. Semi-wide forefoot gives toes more room than most D width shoes.
3. Low profile and snug heel are very stable.
4. Traction is generally good.
5. Very light
6. Feels very nimble.
7. Pretty much no heel lift! (YAY!)

Now the bad:

1. My left shoe is creasing on my big toe and hurts a lot after a run.
2. The interior shoe is made of some kind of crappy vinyl or plastic that seems to be the culprit. It creases badly where it bends.

Now the things that aren't really bad, but I'd like to see different:

1. Rock guard in forefoot makes forefoot feel hard.
2. Rock guard in forefoot reduces traction (especially noticeable on wet roots) because shoe doesn't bend around them and makes minimal contact when it needs t......
