I received running shoes with insoles that must have been replaced with a
Cheaper version and incorrect size that was obviously cut down to the length of the shoe. the arch support was under my upper foot part!
I tried this on a whim and absolutely love it. Great for HIT classes as they give good arch support without being too chunky. My second pair!
I've barely taken these off my feet since they arrived. The arch is perfect for me (I have a high arched foot, and like a shoe that offers significant support as I spend a lot of time on my feet.) The heel is narrow enough that there is no slip or sloppiness and the toe box is wide enough that my toes have wiggle room. There is no rubbing whatever. Honestly, I can say I've never worn a more comfortable pair of trainers. Plus the green color is striking, if a bit yuppie with the neon green sole and pink shoelaces. I have another pair of Saucony train......
