My son LOVES this shoe. It is exceedingly comfortable and looks nice on. Problem is, we've had the shoe for almost two whole weeks and the sole is falling off one of the shoes!
When I try to contact Reebok about the problem, their web-site will not take any feedback because it is poorly designed.
So, an A for effort and shoe design, but about a B- for quality of the shoe and about a C- for the web-site.
I'd love to return this pair for a "perfect pair" but I'm not sure how to proceed.
I'm counting on AMAZON being more customer driven than REEBOK, and helping me get the faulty shoes back to the manufacturer!
i have 8 pairs of zigtechs and love each one! they are fantastic if you are on your feet all day or do a lot of walking! try one pair, and you will be hooked! or should I say zigged!?!
