I have bought many orthotics over the years and this is by far the very best in comfort for sore aching feet. It fits perfectly in my boots, oxfords and sneakers equally well cushioning my walk. I am ordering more of these. I normally wear a size 10 ladies shoe and the womens 11/mens 8 fit perfectly. I hope this helps others considering this product and accurate sizing.
I had a pair of these for my last pair of trail running shoes. They did great in the shoes. They started off a bit on the cramped side in the shoes, but after a while they worked out great as they were broke in. I bought 3 pairs of them for my current 3 pairs of running shoes. The inserts handle water well and hold up very well with many miles on them. I ran easily more than 500 miles on the past pair. I will buy more when my current line up of shoes need replacing.
The size matched my shoe perfectly and has helped with the metatarsal pain ......
