My doctor recommended these when I had plantar fasciitis years ago. I've continued to use them as well as to stretch before any extended walking, and my plantar fasciitis has never returned.

I've only recently been suffering from plantar Fasciitis in my right foot, and looked on-line for ways to help reduce my pain. I bought Tuli's heavy duty heel cups because of the good reviews. I have to admit that the first 2 days of wearing these, I felt no improvement. However, I decided to keep wearing them and by day 3, felt an improvement. By the end of the week, my sore foot pain was diminished by about 70%. For the price, it does an incredible job of helping to ease the pain.
